A Portrait of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Recipients: Challenges and Opportunities Three Years Later

This report details the findings of a survey of nearly 2,000 DACA recipients.  While these young people and their families continue to face many challenges, they have experienced overwhelmingly positive results. In the words of the authors, “DACA has not only given people more peace of mind, it has allowed them to achieve better economic opportunity, return to school, enroll in health insurance, and participate more in their local communities.”
