This report, which compiles findings from seven states with high immigrant populations, examines achievements and challenges in the high school, postsecondary, adult education, and legal service arenas. Although programs differ, most have created new collaborative relationships to build infrastructure and deliver services to support immigrant students. Key factors are educating potential recipients about DACA availability and how to apply; and offering advising and support services, as well as accelerated programs. The authors emphasize that the immigration and education fields are becoming more interdependent, and are working more closely together to serve current and anticipated needs.
