I’m an international student from Germany and I chose NOVA because it’s affordable. I’m able to experiment and take classes that are not necessarily required for my program, giving me ample time to figure out what I’d like to do in the long run.
I’m surrounded by people from many different countries. Being exposed to a variety of cultures has felt like I’ve traveled around the world in a way. I’ve shared things about my culture with my fellow students and in return, I’ve learned about their cultures.
The faculty and staff at NOVA are excellent. They are very passionate about teaching and helping their students to succeed. They want to see students overcome whatever challenges they have, so that students are able to realize their dreams and work towards them.
I’m privileged to be a Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship recipient. This opportunity would not have been possible without the help of my professors. They see your potential and motivate you to go beyond your limits!
